This policy explains how Cernex LLC ("Cernex", "we") handles information in connection with this website, cernex.ai.
Information we collect
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or forms, and we do not collect personal information through it. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from automated abuse; we do not use them to identify you.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for how it handles that data.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell or share it, except where required by law. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.
Retention and your choices
You may ask us to access or delete correspondence you have sent us by emailing legal@cernex.ai. We keep records only as long as needed for business or legal purposes.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
